Individual Registration

Early registration will help us in planning and facilitating a well-organized conference. You will find all you need to know on these pages – if not, please write to contact@iibcc.biz

The fee includes welcome reception cocktail, two lunches, four coffee breaks, conference banquet. It also includes the conference bag and conference materials, abstract book and proceedings on USB stick.

The technical visit is also included in the delegate fee and this year we offer a visit to the Golden Power Fibre Cement factory in the Chang Le area making non-asbestos Fibre Cement product and fibre cement faced building panels

PhD Students

This registration category applies mainly to PhD students. However, we welcome other students, both post graduate and under graduate, and if you are in this category, to take advantage of the reduced fee you should send a request to IIBCC 2016 Organizing Committee, with a letter of justification including the supervisor name and university. Requests can be sent by email to contact@iibcc.biz

Company Registration

The IIBCC 2016 is pleased to offer a 10% discount for three or more delegates from the same company. All registrations should be received at the same time. You will shortly after via e-mail receive a Group-invoice where the discount is included. We send the invoices via email so there is no delay with international post but we will also keep the original invoice on file and this can be sent if a delegate requires.

Visa Information

All the necessary information for how to apply for a visa you will get by requesting this information during the online registration.

Domestic Transfer

IIBCC will provide assistance with the domestic transfer to and from Fuzhou Chang Le International Airport. You will be able to book this transportation on the online registration page.

Refund

• Until one month before up to 80% can be refunded – Until 7 October 2016
• After that no refund will be possible – After 7 October 2016
