• Presentation by a company representative on Suppliers’ Day (15 minutes)
• Banner of your company at the conference site (to be supplied by the sponsor)
• Company marketing material for the conference bag (to be supplied by the sponsor)
• Free admission of one (1) delegate to the conference incl. Gala Dinner; additional Gala Dinner tickets for partners/guests can be purchased for $90 (USD) per person.

Sponsor XL – $7’000.00 (USD)

• Company logo displayed on our website including a link to your company website
• Presentation by a company representative on Suppliers’ Day (15 minutes)
• Banner of your company at the conference site (to be supplied by the sponsor)
• Company marketing material for the conference bag (to be supplied by the sponsor)
• A company representative has the opportunity to speak at the Gala Dinner
• Free admission of two (2) delegates to the conference incl. Gala Dinner; additional Gala Dinner tickets for partners/guests can be purchased for $90 (USD) per person

Cancellation Policy

Refunds on cancellations are subject to a deduction to cover administration costs and bank charges.

The deduction shall be 20% of the registration fee paid if the cancellation request is received (via email) before 01 September 2024. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made after 01 September 2024, but in the event of a previously registered delegate being unable to attend the event for whatever reason, it will be acceptable to have another person attending in his or her place.
